LUMS-USIP Junior fellowship in peace and conflict studies, fall semester, 2016
We are inviting research proposals for 3 fellowships in the Fall Semester 2016 (September 2016 to January 2017). The aim of the fellowship is to groom and train young scholars in the field of Peace and Conflict Studies and promote innovative, empirical research and fresh approaches to the study of conflicts and peace building. Our interest is in the following areas.
Apply for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Gurmani Centre for Language and Literature
Description: This is a nine-month position for candidates with backgrounds in South Asian language and literature interested in doing research in Pakistan. The Fellow would be expected to conduct archival or other research in Pakistan, teach two undergraduate courses in the relevant area of expertise (over one or both semesters), and organize and contribute to academic discussion at the university through talks formal and informal.
