Writing from the Trial: Course Reserves
This course will focus on four texts in which trials feature prominently as spaces where the workings of the law are subjected to critical investigation and imagination and revealed as productive of as well as determined by social processes.
A course pack is a compilation of course materials put into one easy-to-access place for students. Course Packs can act as a supplement to a textbook or as a replacement. Course packs may include scholarly articles, book chapters, case studies, judgments, statutes, original or self authored material, audio-visual material and even websites both in print and electronic format.
Current semester course reserves are learning materials made available by your course instructor.
