Developing Future Leaders Programme at REDC

Strategic competitive advantage and a strong corporate culture requires top-notch talent, breakthrough ideas and a good leadership mix. Successful managers must increasingly be able to develop a global mindset, as well as the capacity to manage - and adapt to - complex issues that typically accompany volatile changes in the marketplace. To provide exposure and growth impetus to high potential executives, organisations opted for a 7-day intensive “Developing Future Leaders” programme hosted by the Rausing Executive Development Centre at LUMS from March 14 - 20, 2016, with nominations from leading organisations dedicated to investing in their emerging leaders.
