LUMS, TUFTS, AND MSU RESEARCHERS DEVELOP AN ULTRA LOW LATENCY DATACENTER NETWORK

Dr. Ihsan Ayyub Qazi, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, LUMS along with his students Syed M. Irteza and Ghufran Baig have devised a new system called PASE. The group  also included Ali Munir and Dr. Alex Liu from Michigan State University and Dr. Fahad R. Dogar from Tufts University. LUMS COMPUTER SCIENCE STUDENT WINS PRESTIGIOUS GRACE HOPPER SCHOLARSHIP

Aqsa Kashaf, a Computer Science major from the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE) batch of 2016, recently won the prestigious Grace Hopper Scholarship. As part of this scholarship, she has received a financial award as well as an invitation for an all-expense paid trip to attend the 2016 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing (GHC) in Houston, Texas, from October 19-21, 2016.
